Are you in need of relaxation, some 'time out', or the opportunity to connect with yourself? Join us for a free 15 minute meditation every Tuesday at 1.00pm.

Do you need to take time to focus on yourself?
The word meditation often conjures up a very particular image of people sitting in a circle, cross legged, eyes closed chanting “Om”. And, this is certainly one very productive way of meditation, but it is not the only way.
From candle gazing to breathing, flowing movement to fell running, meditation is any practice that allows you to; clear your mind, focus your attention, increase your self-awareness and develop concentration. It can take anything from 5 mins to an hour (or more) and will reduce stress.
For these reasons, sessions at Body & Spirit are very much tailored to your needs. They can be done privately in the comfort of your own home, as a group with some like-minded people or as part of the monthly Roll & Relax workshops.
Private meditation sessions are 45 minutes or more in length.
